My name is Trish Colucci Barbosa, I am a nurse and I have a life-long passion for helping the elderly as well as those with mental illness or developmental disabilities. I founded Peace Aging Care in 2006 specifically to aid these folks and their families in successfully navigating crisis situations, planning ahead for future care needs, and getting more out of life every day.

I, with my team of warm and compassionate care managers, provide expert guidance through the confusing and often overwhelming world of senior care.  We meet with individuals in their homes, hospitals, assisted living facilities and nursing homes.  We assess clients in central and northern New Jersey on a weekly, monthly, as-needed or emergency basis – you choose the frequency of visits that work best for your loved one.
